Vancouver Payday Loans is a referral and information service, not a lender. We do not originate, fund, or service loans directly. Instead, we connect borrowers in Vancouver and throughout British Columbia with licensed payday lenders who are authorized to operate under provincial lending regulations. When you complete an application through our site, your information is shared with participating lenders who may contact you to discuss loan terms, rates, and conditions.

Eligibility and Application

By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, a resident of British Columbia, and have a valid Canadian bank account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information in your application. Misrepresentation or fraud may result in denial of service and referral to appropriate authorities.

Completion of an application does not guarantee loan approval. All credit situations are welcome to apply, but final approval depends on each lender's underwriting criteria, credit assessment, and compliance with provincial lending laws.

Lender Terms and Loan Agreements

Once you are connected with a lender, the terms of any loan are governed by the lender's agreement, not by these terms. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the lender's disclosure of rates, fees, repayment schedule, and other conditions before accepting any offer. Our role is to facilitate the introduction; we are not party to the loan contract and do not control lender decisions, pricing, or servicing.

All lenders we work with are licensed to operate in British Columbia and comply with the Money Lenders Act and applicable consumer protection regulations. You may verify a lender's license status through the British Columbia Financial Services Authority.

Responsible Borrowing
